Today we made this incredible sandwich using our delicious Italian artichoke in olive oil, the Cuori di Carciofo Violetto, Violetto Artichoke Hearts.
It’s simple and it will impress your taste buds. We used a French roll, added a little bit of olive oil and toasted for about 5 minutes. Once out, we added a slice of burrata, sliced cherry tomatoes that we marinated in olive oil, our Italian artichoke hearts and a slice of prosciutto. It is incredible, fast and very satisfying.
