This wonderful banana ice cream only takes 4 ripe bananas. Its perfect for the vegan, the lactose intolerant, the paleo enthusiast, the picky guest. I would add a bit of nutella though ;-).
- YIELD Four servings
- TIME 6 hours 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
PREPARATION
- Peel the bananas, cut them in 2- to 3-inch chunks and place them in a freezer bag in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Remove and blend in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately, or freeze in an airtight container for at least 2 hours. Scoop and serve.
